RockSport proudly offers 4,200 square feet of indoor rock climbing. This includes many features such as overhanging walls, bouldering caves, and beginner walls. Since opening in 1990, we have safely introduced over 13,000 people to climbing for all ages, abilities, fitness, and interest levels. We are the only indoor climbing gym located in the Queensbury area. It is just minutes from the popular Adirondack destination of Lake George and 15-20 minutes from Saratoga, NY. |

Birthday parties and private groups can be accommodated at RockSport. Basic rock climbing instruction, rentals and picnic area are included in group rates. Please call to make an appointment. Gift certificates are also available for a unique gift. |

RockSport Rock Climbing Team |

RockSport Rock Climbing Team meets in the gym Saturday mornings from 10-12 and Tuesday nights 6 to 8. Team practice is guided by coaches where climbers can learn the basics of rock climbing as well as more advanced skills such as lead climbing. Climbers may also choose to participate in regional competitions. |

Adirondack Outdoor Guiding |

Opportunities for outdoor guiding near Lake George and the Adirondacks are available upon request. Our staff has over 50 years of technical rock climbing experience and we have 3 New York State licensed rock and ice climbing guides. Sessions go from 8:00 Am to 5 PM. Top rope locally or multi-pitch some of the Adirondack's finest cliff. Rising out of nearby Lake George, Roger's Rock, measuring 400 feet in height, is one of our favorites. |
