Supplement your climbing by taking your workout off the walls and into our fitness area! Improve your mobility, strength and conditioning with top-notch equipment including:

This energetic space also houses a treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical machine for those who want to get their cardio groove on! Open to anyone ages 16 and older (under 16 if supervised by a trainer or coach). Please inquire if interested in a private or group training session.
