Finding the balance through linking breath (pranayama) with conscious movement. Concentrating on your core muscles and discovering your bandhas (energy locks). Focus on one "PEAK" posture in class. This class is warm (80°F) and appropriate for all levels.

Climber's Yoga
Perfect for climbers but excellent for anyone, this class is designed for muscle recovery and flexibility specific to climbers. With lots of active movement, help your body heal, strengthen and stretch for all your climbing goals. Get ready to send your projects and improve/add to your regular training routine!

MEET THE YOGIS
Robin Weber
Robin Weber, an experienced yoga teacher, is certified in Vinyasa and Hatha Interdisciplinary Yoga as well as Yin Yoga and Rewind Yoga which is specifically designed for the aging community. Her love for yoga extends beyond the yoga mat…recognizing that yoga is an important component in the way we approach life. As a practicing Reiki Master, Robin’s yoga classes stress the importance of being present and creating space and openness in ones’ mind and body. She feels blessed to share her love for yoga with others.
Edie Swensen
Edie Swensen is a yogi, a mom, a grandmother, a mentor and a well known screenwriter in LA and New York. She's been a yoga instructor for more than twenty years. With over 1,000 hours of advanced yoga trainings, Edie has a passion for correct alignment and for bringing out the best in her students
Johannah Spero
Johannah Spero began her yoga journey in her 20s with Baptiste studios in downtown Boston. A former high school English teacher, she trained with YogaFit to become an instructor after her third son was born. Locally, she's taught at various resorts and retreats on Lake George and at the Glens Falls YMCA, and is now thrilled to be part of the HYQ team. When she's not practicing or teaching, you can find her writing her next award-winning novel under the pen name JD Spero.
Lana Ross-Hills
Lana Ross-Hills is a 500 HR Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She has also completed a YACEP Yin Yoga Teacher Training through Bhakti Yoga at Yoga Mandali. Lana has studied trauma informed practices and holds certifications in Mindfulness, Meditation and Mental Health. She feels privileged to share the health benefits of yoga with others.
